Terms of Service
Payment✦ The currency accepted is USD$
✦ Payment is required upfront
✦ Payments are made via PayPal
(please bear with me since I'm still learning how to use it)
Process✦ I will start working on your commission after payment is confirmed
✦ All commissions need visual references so I can make your artwork as accurate as possible
✦ Work in progress (WIP) for the sketch, line art, and coloring phases will be shown to the commissioner
✦ No changes are allowed after I've finished the commission, so please ask if you need anything to be changed during the WIP process
✦ The time for your commission to be completed is around 4-10 days
Dos and Don'ts✦ I do fanarts, OCs, soft NSFW, cute things
✦ I don't do heavy NSFW, gore and mecha
Canceling and Refund Policy✦ No canceling or refunds will be given in any circumstances from the artist after payment is received
✦ If money has not been paid yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission
Copyright and Usage Policy✦ I retain all copyright to my art and can use for self-promote
✦ The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, including promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
✦ The commissioner is NOT allowed to: take credit for the creation of the artwork; make major changes to the artwork without my consent; reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, including making and selling merchandise. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.
✦ Please don't steal any artworks shown in this page, they are not meant to be used by general public
✦ Failure to read or comply with the ToS will result in a declined commission
